SUSAN SULLIVAN

Susan Sullivan represents clients in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Trust Administration.  Susan is the president of Susan Sullivan, PA which has been providing legal services in The Villages area since 2003.  

Susan Sullivan has been practicing law for twenty-nine years.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Florida in Gainesville.  Prior to opening her own law office Susan worked for law firm where she opened and managed an Ocala estate planning office for the firm.  She also worked for seven years as a prosecuting attorney where her primary responsibility was training attorneys on how to handle felony jury trials.

Susan is a member of the Florida Bar, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Susan grew up in Key Largo, Florida where she sailed in the bay and snorkeled the coral reefs.  As a child Susan spent her summers with her extended family in Germany which led her to minor in German at the University of Florida.  She enjoys spending her free time at the fishing at the beach, playing pickleball, exploring Florida's state parks, and traveling with her husband, Matt, and two adult children, Gabi and Cameron.
